Delete Your MaeDay Account
MaeDay account deletion is handled from inside the app. The public URL does not include a user ID or any account-specific information.
Delete Your Account In MaeDay
Sign in to MaeDay and go to Settings → Delete Account. The app will walk you through the confirmation steps before deletion.
If You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot access your MaeDay account, email support@maeday.app to request account deletion.
MaeDay may need to verify your identity before deleting the account so another person cannot remove your information without permission.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, MaeDay deletes the MaeDay account and associated user-entered data, including the household continuity records connected to that account.
MaeDay may retain information that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or similar operational reasons.
